Over the last 13 years, I’ve been privileged to work with thousands of people aged

3-85 years old, including gymnasts, football players, CrossFitters, powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, horseback riders, dancers, skaters, young and seasoned professionals, first-time exercisers, national and international-level athletes, elderly individuals at risk of falls, and weekend warriors. I am extremely passionate about working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts to help pursue the health, fitness, or competitive goals they may possess.

Is coaching & programming for me?

At times, one reaches a point in their training where they may benefit from professional guidance as they don’t quite know what to work on to improve. Maybe you’ve plateaued for quite some time, are on the tail-end of an injury, or physical training is an entirely new concept altogether.
